Shipping policy

Rental orders

We ship our rental items signed and tracked with Royal Mail. They will arrive in line with your rental start date. At the end of your rental period, we ask that you return your rental items to us, signed and tracked with Royal Mail, using the packaging provided. 

Preloved purchases

We ship our preloved purchases either next day delivery via Royal Mail or standard delivery 2-5 days with Royal Mail, dependent on the option chosen at checkout. You can also click and collect from our Saffron Walden store.
