What is the return policy?
Any new items that are purchased can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Refunds take 5-8 working days to be deposited back into your account. Preloved items can be returned for store credit. Rental items can be cancelled at any time, but if the cancellation falls within 14 days of your rental period we will be unable to refund your order.
Do you take in clothes?
We are open to receiving exceptional branded preloved items. Please get in touch if you have clothing to donate from: Ganni, Rixo, Queens of Archive, Le DoubleJ, Farm Rio, Rotate, La Vesta or similar. We offer credit only in exchange for donated items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you source your products?
In a variety of ways. Some are ordered wholesale for rental, some are bought second hand online and in store. Some are donated and some fly by magical unicorns straight into our arms!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Standard UK shipping starts at £5.95. We do also offer next day delivery within the UK.
