Neon Leo is a slow fashion communal wardrobe created by founders Mandy Weetch and Abigail North.
We created Neon Leo to change the way you think about fashion. Based in Saffron Walden, we’re a treasure trove of exceptional items - making sustainable fashion fun, easy, and accessible. From stylish rentals to curated preloved gems, we’re all about making fashion more circular. We want to push against a fast-fashion, trend-led dynamic and move consumers onto a more conscious way of shopping.

As a small business committed to slow fashion, we champion a circular approach that respects both the environment and the communities we serve. We specialise in the rental and resale of exceptional fashion items—clothing and accessories that transcend trends and stand the test of time. Our mission is to offer style without compromise, nurturing a more sustainable and mindful fashion ecosystem for all.

We reject the culture of fast fashion, where garments are treated as disposable commodities. These items are generously donated by or customers, allowing us to build a diverse and curated collection of fashion treasures that are quite literally 'walked to our door'. By supporting local communities, we not only give back but also reduce the carbon footprint associated with long-distance manufacturing and transportation.

Our rental service offers customers the opportunity to wear beautiful, high-end fashion for a fraction of the environmental cost. Whether it's a special occasion or simply a desire to wear something new without the commitment, renting allows fashion lovers to experience the joy of luxury with minimal environmental impact. After each rental, garments are thoroughly cleaned and carefully inspected, ensuring they are ready for their next life cycle—making each piece truly circular.

Our store in Saffron Walden was even designed and created in collaboration with local businesses - ensuring sustainability and a local community drive is at the heart of everything we do.
